RE-RELEASE
The original release date of Operation: LIVECrime was October 28th, 1992.  The original release came in two flavors: a box set containing a VHS video, Cassette Tape & Libretto and the second containing a VHS video, Compact Disc and Libretto.  Only 10,000 of these box sets combined were released.  It was EMI's plan to make this a limited edition release.

Then on September 25th, 2001, EMI re-released the Operation LIVECrime CD, but this time with new artwork and two bonus tracks.  The two added tracks were "Road to Madness" and "The Lady Wore Black", both recorded in Madison, Wisconsin on the same day LIVECrime was originally recorded.  The images below show the difference between the two released covers.
