Well, yes and no.  In early spring of 2003, EMI will be re-releasing their entire Queensryche catalog.  With the re-release of the EP, they will be including the entire Live in Tokyo show in audio format!  However, no plans for a DVD or VHS re-release.  More details as they become available.
